The results from the FMS will allow us to decrease personal weaknesses and eliminate discrepancies that might lead to possible injuries in the future.

Here is a table of ratings of bodyfat % for athletes and the general population. This is just a general guideline – particular sports may have higher or lower desirable body fat levels.
