Competitor / Technique Package
Participant will do an initial assessment with experienced weightlifting coach.
This assessment will identify key points of interest and focus for the technique program.
The program will be individualised to each athlete. This program will focus on technical key points for Olympic weightlifting.
Points of interest in the technique package
- Balance during lifts
- Speed and timing
- Footing and positional errors
- Line of the bar
- Posture during all phases of each lift
- Staying efficient and effective
This is a 6 week package.
