Competitor / Strength Package
Participant will do an initial assessment with experienced weightlifting coach.
This assessment will identify key points of interest and focus for the strength program.
The program will be individualised to each athlete. This program will mainly focus on strengthening key points for Olympic weightlifting & CrossFit.
Points of interest in the strength package
- How can we get you stronger for Olympic weightlifting.
- Do you have imbalances that need to be addressed
- What is causing you to not progress in your lifts.
- How can that barriers be broken down.
- Eliminating possible weak points in movements.
This is a 6 week package.
