Ideal for a great and comprehensive introductory to Olympic weightlifting. This is aimed at educating the participant on what exactly an Olympic lift is.
The beginner package will focus on the holistic approach of the snatch and the clean and jerk.The 4 week program is set out into 8 sessions which will be followed step by step to deliver you the best possible practical and theoretical base of weightlifting in South Africa.
