My sports journey started at a very young age. I was a provincial gymnast for about seven years before I was introduced to CrossFit and Olympic Weightlifting at the age of 13.
Since then I have competed in two CrossFit African Regional’s (2013 and 2014) and represented South Africa at various International Weightlifting Competitions, which includes three Bronze Medals at the African Weightlifting Championships.
My passion for both CrossFit and Weightlifting grew to such an extent that I started coaching in 2015 and never looked back since.
